The 2023 vintage was one of the most demanding for Dão. Summer with low temperatures, differentiated maturation and rain during the harvest period. Despite the unfavorable conditions, the manual and exhaustive choice of bunches allowed to obtain healthy and balanced grapes. The grapes were harvested manually, following a rigorous selection process.
This wine comes from a blend of two grape varieties.
A minimalist approach in the cellar where direct pressing of the grapes was carried out, controlled fermentation and a 5-month aging on fine lees.
